EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION/幼儿护理与发展教育 (T982-001-3:2017)

OBJECTIVE/目标
  • Trainees will have the opportunity to gain practical insights into
    real-world teaching scenarios and hands-on experience in caring
    for and managing the needs of infants and children.
  • 学员将有机会深入了解真实的教学情境，并获得照顾和管理婴幼儿需求的实践经验

CURRICULUM/课程
The course curriculum gives priority to learning oriented practical and simple
emphasis from the aspect of theoretical learning. The syllabus of this course
is adapted from the NOSS program of the Department of Skills Development Malaysia. The content of the curriculum is as follows:		课程从理论学习的角度出发，以学习为导向，实践为主。 本课程的教学大纲改编自马来西亚技能发展部的国家职业技能标准 （NOSS）。 课程内容如下：
1. EARLY CHILDHOOD DAILY ROUTINE CARE

  • Carry out child receiving
  • Carry out child grooming
  • Carry out child meals preparation
  • Carry out sleeping and resting activity
  • Carry out early childhood routine activities care
  • Carry out Child returning


1. 幼儿日常护理

  • 接收儿童
  • 为儿童进行梳洗
  • 准备儿童餐食
  • 进行睡眠和休息活动
  • 进行早期儿童的日常护理活动
  • 送儿童回家
2. EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT

  • Carry out personality, socio-emotion and spiritual development
  • Carry out physical and psychomotor development
  • Carry out initial mathematical skills and logical thinking development
  • Carry out senses and understanding of environment development
  • Carry out language, communication and early literacy development
  • Carry out creative and aesthetic development
  • Carry out balance diet planning and preparation activities
  • Carry out early childhood special needs integration
  • Carry out early Childhood PERMATA curriculum implementation

4. EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE CENTRE OPERATION SUPPORT

  • Prepare education and development area
  • Prepare low cost learning material
  • Handle transit children
  • Prepare neglected and abuse child
  • Handle baby and children safety requirements
  • Coordinate parent and community involving activities

5. FIRST AID ADMINISTRATION

  • Carry out injuries assessment
  • Carry out Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) procedure
  • Carry out immobilisation of injured area
  • Carry out Rest Ice Compression Elevation (RICE) treatment
  • Administer open wound treatment
  • Carry out injuries referral
5. 5.急救管理

  • 进行伤情评估
  • 进行心肺复苏（CPR）程序
  • 进行受伤部位的固定
  • 进行休息、冰敷、压迫、抬高（RICE）治疗
  • 处理开放性伤口
  • 进行伤情转诊

TRAINING METHODOLOGY/ 培训方法
  • Teaching and learning sessions are delivered theoretically, demonstrations, discussion, practical, oral and assessment.
  • 教学和学习课程包括理论、演示、讨论、实践 和评估。

TRAINING PERIOD/培训时间
  • 12 months
  • 12个月

ENTRY REQUIREMENT/入学资格
  • Aged 17 years old & above
  • 能使用国文或英文进行书写与沟通。
    年龄 17 岁 - 45 岁。

ASSESSMENT/评估
  • Theoretical and practical assessment, final examination.
  • 理论和实践评估，期末考试。

CERTIFICATION/认证
  • Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia- Level 3 (SKM 3 which issued by Jabatan Kemahiran Malaysia, Ministry of Human Resource)
  • 由马来西亚人力资源部，技术发展局 颁发的 马来西亚技术第三级证书。
